Guide to purchase
It is possible to order the pieces using the shopping cart icon underneath the item thumbnail or clicking the "Add to cart" link in the item detail page. Using the shopping cart is not binding and does not mean you have to pay on-line for the order (see also How to use the cart).
It is also possible to order simply writing an e-mail to info@fractanaturae.com.
Buying - Businesses
Price list for businesses are available on-line in the wholesale area of the e-shop. To acces the wholesale area, you need a customer code.
Payment
In Italy payment is cash on delivery. For abroad, payment is asked for in advance. We accept:
- Bank swift.
The price included cartoon box for each pieces as "ready to sell" and packaging: courier, custom fee and money transfer fee are not included.
Forwarding Charges
The forwarding charges and confirmation of order will be sent to the client's e-mail address when the client makes an order.
Fractanaturae assures the completeness of objects at the moment of sending them and the suitableness of packaging, and is not responsible in any way for the eventual delivery of damaged goods.
