How to use the cart

Clicking on the cart icon, the item is added to the shopping cart, that will appear on the right column of the page. If you are a wholesale, please contac Fractanaturae to ask for the customer code. With the customer code you can access the e-shop with the price list for resellers (What is the customer code?).

Once chosen the articles, you can see the detail of the order by clicking on the button"cart detail". In the cart detail page it is possible to edit quantities and delete articles from the order. To record the modifications, click on the button "update car". Note: once an article is deleted from the cart, it is necessary to return to the gallery of the collections to insert it again.

Once the order is completed, click on the button"order": your email address is asked for the confirmation of the order and the address for delivery and invoicing (for companies). Please select also the courier.

Clicking on the "Send order" button, the system will send your order by email to Fractanaturae and a copy in your e-mail box. Fractanaturae will contact you for the confirmation of the order and to define delivery times and payment within 48 hours.
